Programme Delivery Lead

We're looking for an experienced Programme Delivery Lead to guide our client's organisation through a significant programme of transformation and improvement. This opportunity (initially fixed term) is ideal for an experienced Programme Lead or a Senior Programme Delivery Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career. You'll have the ownership and autonomy to lead a critical digital transformation programme, build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders, and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the organisation. The Role As a key member of the Service Enablement Programme, you'll bring together interconnected projects and workstreams into a cohesive programme of delivery, ensuring activities remain aligned with strategic objectives and organisational priorities. You'll proactively manage risks, issues and dependencies, while providing the governance and oversight needed to maintain momentum. Working closely with leaders, stakeholders and project teams, you'll support delivery from planning through to implementation. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating multiple transformation projects and programme workstreams to ensure activities remain on track and aligned with agreed priorities and milestones. Monitoring programme performance, managing schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies. Working closely with leaders and key stakeholders to resolve challenges, maintain programme momentum, and support successful organisational outcomes. Supporting the implementation of new systems, processes and ways of working while guiding change management activities that enable successful adoption. Building collaborative relationships with internal teams, mana whenua, external providers and project partners to achieve shared outcomes.
