Located in modern offices just a short walk from the Wellington train station, this three-month temporary assignment is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys variety, takes pride in producing polished work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. What you'll be doing You'll provide high-quality administrative support across a range of tasks, including: Advanced document formatting using Microsoft Word 365 Creating and maintaining styles, headers, footers, page numbering, and paragraph numbering Coordinating meetings and managing schedules Preparing reports and support documentation Processing invoices and assisting with billing activities Filing and serving legal and court-related documents General administration and database updates Supporting a collaborative team with day-to-day coordination tasks What you'll be doing You'll provide high-quality administrative support across a range of tasks, including: Advanced document formatting using Microsoft Word 365 Creating and maintaining styles, headers, footers, page numbering, and paragraph numbering Coordinating meetings and managing schedules Preparing reports and support documentation Processing invoices and assisting with billing activities Filing and serving legal and court-related documents General administration and database updates Supporting a collaborative team with day-to-day coordination tasks What we're looking for Success in this role will come from your ability to combine exceptional administration skills with strong technical capability in Microsoft Word. You’ll bring: Proven experience in a senior administration, coordination, or business support role Advanced Microsoft Word 365 skills, including styles, templates, numbering, formatting, and document management Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities Confidence working with reports, invoices, and complex documents A proactive, can-do approach and willingness to help where needed Strong communication skills and a professional manner Why this role?
