About the role You will be working day shift, Monday to Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm with some overtime flexibility as per business requirements. Being a "hand's on" role, you will be part of the despatch warehouse team at our Cartons site based in Wiri. Key responsibilities Ensuring product is delivered in full, on time and within specification and to the highest standard Maintaining accurate inventory records using the in-house warehouse management system Proactively ensuring any issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently Put-away Despatching Checking Raw Material availability Stock-taking Other general duties as required About you Stores experience within a warehouse distribution environment A valid forklift license with 'F' endorsement A full and clean driver's license is required, with a safe driving record A focus on Health & Safety requirements Be reliable with the ability to work with minimal supervision Basic understanding and accuracy with numbers Excellent organisational skills Be able to work effectively within a small, high performing team Benefits of working at Opal: On-site training and development Time and a half/double time for overtime A supportive team environment All applicants will be required to provide proof of their eligibility to work in New Zealand.
