You'll make sure our rooms are always at their best and ensure that our guests have an amazing and special experience during their stay. Our Housekeeping department is the heart and center of the hotel, and you could be joining a global company and just one day be working at one of our 7,000 hotels in over 100 countries around the world Key responsibilities Make sure our rooms are always at their best and create special and memorable experiences for guests Provide an outstanding level of guest service - you'll be happy to help with guest requests and directions. Keep your supervisor updated on room service progress and alert them to any repairs needed. Follow established safety procedures at all times - and wear protective equipment when needed. Keep on top of supplies and amenities and always try to minimise waste. Take action and log any lost and found property. Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimise waste within all areas of housekeeping Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects About you Ability to work in a physical role as you'll be on your feet most of the day Flexibility to work weekends or public holidays. Being caring, wanting to make a positive difference, and building genuine connections with guests Having the knowledge and skills to perform your role, and giving guests a positive experience during their stay. Responsiveness in providing guests with what they need, and doing so in a timely and caring manner.
