Our client is looking for a temporary outbound representative to engage with donors about a recent bequest campaign. About the Role: Starting September 1st, 1-2 month temporary assignment 9am - 3pm, Monday to Friday (in office) Location: North Shore, Rosedale $28 per hour + 8% holiday pay Day to Day you will: Make outbound calls to donors as part of a targeted bequest campaign. Engage donors in meaningful, respectful conversations about their connection to the organisation and its mission. Build rapport quickly and communicate with warmth, empathy, and professionalism. Follow approved scripts, messaging, and compliance guidelines while adapting conversations naturally. Handle donor questions and objections confidently, providing clear and accurate information. About you: You're a confident communicator with a warm, empathetic approach and a knack for motivating others. You know how to build rapport quickly, thrive by having meaningful conversations and know how to handle objections with professionalism and care.
