As a Deckhand, you'll be at the heart of our maritime operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. You'll also be fulfilling the duties of Masters Assistant, contributing to both the technical and guest-facing sides of the journey. When working as Masters Assistant, a Master Assistant allowance will be applicable.
