Location: Albany, Auckland (Office based) Reports to: Risk Lead Role Purpose The Risk Analyst will support the company's daily risk monitoring, data analysis, and operational risk control activities. This role will monitor risk-related data, identify abnormalities, report findings, assist in investigations, and contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes. This position requires strong analytical thinking, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to ensure operational integrity. Key Responsibilities Monitor and review daily risk-related data to identify potential risk points, abnormal activities, or irregularities. Conduct statistical analysis and trend assessments based on monitoring results, providing insights and recommendations through regular risk analysis reports. Execute various risk-control tasks, track project progress, and ensure timely completion of risk reviews, data updates, and reporting deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer verification, risk event investigations, and the implementation of risk mitigation measures. Maintain and monitor server operations and internal systems to ensure proper data transmission and system stability. Participate in optimising internal risk management processes and contribute to building more efficient risk identification and control mechanisms. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related fields preferred. Experience in risk control, auditing, or data monitoring is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome. Strong analytical, logical-thinking, and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or SQL is advantageous. Strong communication and coordination skills in both Chinese and English. Highly attentive to detail, reliable, and able to produce clear documentation and reports.
