How You’ll Make an Impact Partnering & Coaching: Work side-by-side with hiring managers across trades, operations, and office roles, guiding them through consistent, fair recruitment and assessment practices. Welcoming Onboarding: Ensure every new team member feels supported from day one with structured 30/60/90-day milestones and seamless system setup. Immigration & Compliance: Manage visa coordination and immigration processes with care and accuracy to ensure full compliance and support for our team members. Employer Brand: Work alongside marketing to ensure our employer brand reflects our values, authenticity, and commitment to a positive workplace culture. What You’ll Bring Recruitment Experience: Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or agency), ideally across a mix of trade, operational, and office roles. Relationship-First Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build trust, listen, and influence constructively. Organized & Resourceful: High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a proactive approach to finding great people. Continuous Learning: A desire to refine processes, support personal growth, and share knowledge with the wider team. Requirements: A full, clean driver's licence (and comfort driving larger vehicles like motorhomes if needed) and legal entitlement to work in New Zealand. Why You’ll Love Working Here Work-Life Balance: A structured part-time schedule (0.6 FTE across Monday to Friday) designed to support flexibility. Supportive Culture: An inclusive, equitable workplace where everyone's voice is valued and safety/well-being come first. Access to health insurance (for eligible team members) employee assistance programmes free or discounted motorhome travel so you can explore Aotearoa yourself! Growth: Continuous support for your own professional development. Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion We strongly encourage applicants from all backgrounds, perspectives, and underrepresented communities. We are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees can thrive.
