Branch Manager

We are seeking to appoint an experienced peoplemanager to lead our Picton branch who can build on the existing operation andembrace this position of responsibility with enthusiasm, energy and vision. Reporting to the Regional Manager – ForestryServices, primary responsibilities will focus on managing all aspects of ourLog Marshalling and Stevedoring operations as well as a Debarker. This positionoffers opportunities to deliver further improvements in customer service,resource allocation, efficiency and productivity. To succeed in this position the preferred candidatewill possess proactive leadership abilities to lead a team to perform to bestpractice, be self-motivated as well as motivating and developing others with acontinuous improvement focus.
