Employment Solicitor

You will primarily work across Employment Law, acting for both employers and employees on a broad range of matters. The role will also include ACC work, providing advice and assistance to clients in relation to ACC-related issues and disputes. There will be an opportunity to develop experience across both employment and ACC, with the work providing considerable variety. Key responsibilities Employment agreements and policies Workplace disputes and disciplinary processes Performance management Personal grievances Mediation and employment negotiations Restructuring and redundancies Employment advice for businesses Employment compliance Termination and settlement matters Employment-related litigation and advocacy About you Has solid experience in employment law Is confident dealing directly with clients Can manage matters independently from start to finish Has strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills Is commercially minded and practical in their advice Is organised and able to manage a busy workload Is interested in developing and growing a specialist practice About us Blackwood Montagna is a growing firm with a strong focus on providing practical, commercially minded legal advice in plain English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
