Hirestaff is seeking a dynamic recruiter/consultant in New Zealand to manage a high-volume new business pipeline. Expect 50–100 calls a day to chase leads, fill jobs, and connect with clients across construction, warehousing, and logistics. You will source workers, get boots on the ground, and travel to sites to build real relationships.
