We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operator to join our Small Goods Processing team. This role is integral to the efficient production, processing, and packaging of our high-quality meat products while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and hygiene. Position Snapshot Monday to Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm Based on Greenmount Drive, East Tamaki Key Responsibilities Process and prepare a variety of small goods and meat products to established specifications. Operate processing equipment, including cutting, trimming, grinding, and other production machinery. Assist in the manufacture of sausages, bacon, cured meats, and other small goods products. Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for distribution. Adhere to food safety, quality assurance, and hygiene standards at all times. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment. Support team productivity and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous experience in food processing, manufacturing, or a similar production environment (preferred but not essential). A strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude. Good physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
