We are committed to delivering high-quality property services, maximizing asset value, and ensuring exceptional tenant and client satisfaction. We are seeking one dedicated full-time Property Manager to oversee our commercial property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for property leasing, tenant management, operational performance, and maintaining high standards across all managed properties. Key Responsibilities Accept and list new properties for rental, conducting inspections to ensure suitability and quality. Advise property owners on the best marketing and rental strategies, including listing the properties on popular platform, dynamic pricing and promotional options. Catalogue and document property features, prepare listings, and coordinate professional photography and advertising content. Assess potential tenant’s needs and recommend suitable properties for their rental. Provide valuation advice to property owners and assist in setting competitive rental rates. Collect and distribute rental income to property owners in accordance with agreed timelines. Monitor property conditions and address tenant compliance issues, including resolution of complaints and collection of arrears. Develop and implement business plans, budgets, and operational procedures for the property management portfolio. Liaise with cleaners, maintenance teams, and service providers to maintain high property standards. Conduct property inspections on a regular basis Qualifications & Skills 3+ years of experience in business management, property management, or a related field, OR at least a relevant certificate/diploma in business/management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities. Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems. The employee will work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and must be available to work on weekends.
