As part of a growing digital team, you'll contribute to the evolution of an internal staff platform that supports thousands of employees across the organisation. Your new role As an Intermediate Experience Designer, you'll help shape intuitive digital experiences for internal users by turning business requirements into simple, user centred solutions. You'll work closely with cross functional teams to design, iterate and refine features within an enterprise platform, ensuring solutions align with user needs, technical constraints and the existing design system. Responsibilities Design user centred experiences for an internal enterprise platform. Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high fidelity designs in Figma. Work within established design systems and contribute to their ongoing evolution. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts and stakeholders throughout delivery. Participate in workshops, discovery sessions and usability testing. Balance user needs with business objectives and platform configuration constraints. Support design handover and implementation with development teams. Requirements Previous experience as an Experience Designer, UX Designer or Product Designer. Strong Figma skills, including prototyping, components and design systems. Experience designing enterprise or staff facing digital products. Ability to work within platform or configuration constraints while delivering intuitive experiences. Strong understanding of user centred design principles and accessibility.
