MotorSport New Zealand is looking for an energetic, commercially minded, and highly motivated Commercial Manager to help unlock the next stage of growth for one of New Zealand's most exciting sports. Reporting directly to the CEO of MotorSport New Zealand, you'll have the rare opportunity to help shape and sell the future of the sport through innovative partnerships, sponsorships, investment opportunities, and commercial programs. This is not a desk-bound account management role. This is a hands-on, front-line commercial position where you'll design compelling value propositions, create professional sales collateral, identify prospects, build relationships, and secure new commercial revenue from businesses that want to connect with the passion, reach, and excitement of motorsport. What You'll Be Doing Build Commercial Opportunities Design compelling sponsorship and partnership packages. Develop innovative value propositions that appeal to a wide range of businesses. Identify new revenue opportunities across the motorsport ecosystem Help bring new commercial concepts and products to market. Create Winning Sales Materials Develop professional sales packs and presentations. Create proposals that clearly demonstrate value to prospective partners. Work closely with the CEO on pitch strategy and commercial positioning. Sell and Close Deals Proactively approach and engage prospective commercial partners. Build a pipeline of sponsorship, partnership, and investment opportunities. Lead negotiations and convert opportunities into long-term relationships. Deliver new revenue through a consultative sales approach. Represent the Sport Attend events, meetings, and networking opportunities. Become an ambassador for motorsport and the value it delivers to businesses. Help organisations discover how partnering with MotorSport New Zealand can help achieve their own objectives.
