As a Field Service Technician, your expertise will be central to our mission: maintaining and elevating the performance of our clients’ equipment by delivering exceptional repair and maintenance services that align with our safety-first culture. Your role will involve a diverse array of responsibilities including executing planned and impromptu service visits to diagnose and resolve technical challenges, commissioning and decommissioning sophisticated rental machinery, and ensuring returned equipment meets strict standards for readiness and safety. You will uphold the highest quality in repairs and servicing, safeguarding operational efficiency both for us and our valued customers. Your work will have a direct impact on minimizing downtime and extending equipment lifespan, thus supporting vital sectors such as mining, manufacturing, and energy. Partner closely with the branch leadership to monitor service standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Utilize your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems in field conditions. Document all maintenance and service activities thoroughly to maintain compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements. Engage proactively with clients on-site, providing expert advice and fostering strong professional relationships built on trust and reliability.
