As their client portfolio continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Advisor to join their Strategy22 practice, who can bring together property expertise, commercial thinking, rigorous analysis and executive-level communication. The Opportunity This is not your traditional property role. You will work at the intersection of property, business strategy and organisational change – helping senior leaders make sense of complex issues and turn them into clear, evidence-based decisions. Working as part of the Strategy22 practice, you will advise organisations undergoing change, growth and transformation, helping them align their business objectives with their long‑term property, workplace and infrastructure needs. In this role you will be working on: Corporate real estate strategy and portfolio optimisation Property, workplace and infrastructure planning Workplace transformation and future ways of working Investment prioritisation and business case development Organisational change and strategic asset decisions Long-term property and portfolio strategy Our client, TwentyTwo, is one of New Zealand’s leading independent property and workplace advisory consultancies. What You Will Bring We are looking for someone with the following experience and credibility to operate confidently at a senior level: Experience within both public and private sector environments Significant experience in corporate real estate, property strategy, portfolio planning or infrastructure advisory Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy, with the ability to analyse complex information and translate it into clear recommendations Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives, Boards and governance groups The confidence to challenge conventional thinking, ask the right questions and bring an independent perspective Strong relationship‑building and client engagement skills, including the ability to contribute to business development Excellent written communication and presentation capability Most importantly, you will be someone who can speak with authority because your advice is grounded in robust analysis, sound judgement and real‑world experience.
