Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Administrator to join their team on a three-month temporary assignment. This is a varied and fast-paced position where you'll play an important role in supporting purchasing, inventory coordination, supplier communications, and administrative processes. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with systems and data, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives in an environment where priorities can change throughout the day. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will be responsible for ensuring purchasing and inventory processes run smoothly, maintaining accurate records, communicating with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and supporting day-to-day operational requirements. This role would suit someone with previous administration, purchasing, logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience who is looking for a new challenge in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities Support purchasing and inventory administration activities Process documentation accurately and within required timeframes Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders regarding orders and deliveries Maintain accurate records across business systems Monitor stock and order information Assist with reporting and data management Resolve queries and follow up outstanding information Ensure administrative processes are completed accurately and efficiently Support continuous improvement initiatives across the team Contribute positively to a collaborative and customer-focused environment Skills & Experience Required Previous administration, purchasing, logistics, inventory, or supply chain experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good numerical and analytical ability Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Confidence working with databases or business systems Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Professional and proactive approach to work Key Attributes Highly organised and dependable Quick to learn new systems and processes Adaptable and resilient Strong problem-solving ability Positive and team-oriented attitude Confident communicator Eager to learn and contribute If you're a motivated administrator with strong attention to detail and an interest in purchasing, operations, or supply chain activities, we'd love to hear from you.
