As a Lounge Assistant at the Air NZ Lounge in Christchurch Airport, you'll be part of a team that creates a relaxing and welcoming environment for travellers. You'll provide food and beverage service, maintain lounge cleanliness, and deliver warm, professional customer service that reflects the Air New Zealand brand. This is a Casual Position where hours of work are on "as & when" required basis upon business needs. Therefore, successful candidates MUST be available during weekends. Deliver transformational customer service that creates surprise and delight moments. Provide proactive food and beverage service, including responsible alcohol service. Prepare and present food items, ensuring dietary requirements are met. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across lounge and kitchen areas. Experience in a similar hospitality or lounge role. Flexible, reliable, and physically fit with a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset. NZQA Food Handling Certificate (Units 167 & 168) and barista experience preferred.
