Arrowhead Alarm Products – Silverdale, North Island Arrowhead Alarm Products is seeking a dedicated Store-person to join our team at our Silverdale, Auckland facility. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and organisation of our warehouse and storage operations. As Store-person, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our distribution centre, managing inventory, and supporting our logistics operations. This role is essential to our ability to deliver quality products to our customers on time and in perfect condition. Key responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming stock, ensuring all items are correctly documented and stored in accordance with company procedures Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure data integrity Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, verifying accuracy before shipment Organise and maintain warehouse storage areas, ensuring items are stored safely and systematically for easy retrieval Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (where appropriately trained and certified) Monitor stock levels and alert management to items requiring reordering Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations Support the efficient movement of goods throughout the warehouse and to loading areas Assist with general maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment What we're looking for Proven experience working in a warehouse, storage, or distribution environment Strong organisational and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Physical fitness and capability to lift and move goods regularly (up to 20kg frequently) Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory tracking software (preferred) Good communication skills and a safety-conscious approach to work Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic NZ driving licence is beneficial What we offer Competitive full-time employment with a stable, growing company in the security and alarm products sector Opportunities for professional development and training, including forklift certification support A supportive and collaborative team environment Health and safety focus with modern warehouse facilities Staff discounts on selected products About us Arrowhead Alarm Products is a leading provider of security and alarm solutions in New Zealand.
