Grader Operator – Road Maintenance (Final Trim) Tauranga, Bay of Plenty $40–$45 per hour (depending on experience) We're on the hunt for an experienced Grader Operator who knows their machine and takes pride in delivering a clean final trim. If you can jump in the cab, set your levels, and leave a finish that speaks for itself — we want to talk to you. The Role: You'll be working across road maintenance and civil projects throughout the Bay of Plenty region, based out of Tauranga. This is hands‑on work where accuracy, efficiency, and pride in your finish matter. What You'll Be Doing: Operating a grader on road maintenance and rehabilitation projects Final trim work to tight tolerances Shaping, batter work, and general maintenance grading Working alongside site supervisors and crews to meet programme deadlines Maintaining high safety standards on site What We're Looking For: Proven experience operating a grader in civil/road maintenance environments Strong final trim experience (this is non-negotiable) Ability to read and work off levels/plans WTR endorsements (Class 2–4 licence advantageous) Solid understanding of site safety and team collaboration Reliable, professional, and takes pride in their workmanship What's On Offer: $40–$45 per hour for the right operator Steady pipeline of work in the Bay of Plenty Supportive team environment Opportunity to work on reputable civil projects If you're an operator who doesn't cut corners and takes pride in getting the job done right the first time — Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
