Property Maintenance Helper

We’re looking for a reliable, practical person to help with ongoing maintenance around our home in Mount Albert. The work will vary depending on what needs doing, but will generally involve outdoor and hands‑on jobs such as: Hedge and tree trimming General garden tidy-ups Waterblasting Painting and maintaining our picket fence Moving soil, mulch and other materials Digging and basic landscaping Clearing green waste General outdoor cleaning and maintenance Other odd jobs around the property You don’t need to be a qualified gardener or builder. We’re mainly looking for someone who is reliable, physically capable, practical and willing to have a go . We can provide most of the equipment and explain what needs doing. There will be a mixture of straightforward jobs and bigger projects, so someone who enjoys practical work and seeing a job through to completion would suit this well. Ideally, we’d like to find someone who can work with us on an ongoing basis, rather than just a one-off job. Hours can be flexible, but we’re thinking roughly 4–6 hours at a time, every few weeks , depending on what needs doing. Previous experience with gardening, landscaping, painting, maintenance or outdoor work would be useful but isn't essential.
