About the Role You will be responsible for leading and developing the sales team, managing vehicle inventory, achieving financial targets, and ensuring compliance with BMW and Group standards. Taking ownership of the dealership's sales operations, you’ll: Lead, coach, and motivate a dynamic sales team to consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets. Implement effective sales strategies, processes, and performance metrics to maximise profitability and customer satisfaction. Foster a high-performance culture through ongoing training, mentoring, and career development. Drive showroom standards, ensuring every customer interaction reflects our brand values. Analyse sales data to identify opportunities, address challenges, and maintain a competitive edge in the market. What We're Looking For Proven experience in automotive sales leadership, ideally within a premium or prestige brand environment. Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering sales growth and profitability. Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Highly organised with strong inventory and stock management capabilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Ability to analyse performance data and implement effective improvement strategies. Sound understanding of dealership operations, compliance requirements, and industry best practice.
