Job Description
The Doctors Drury is seeking a motivated and compassionate Health Coach to join our team and support patients on their journey towards better health outcomes. You will work within GP clinics alongside GPs, nurses and the wider primary care team to help patients build knowledge, skills and confidence to manage their own health. This permanent part-time role involves 21 hours per week across three days, with face-to-face, phone and virtual consultations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
