Lead a business-critical software implementation project Work with a diverse team of consultants, developers, and stakeholders across multiple locations. 3-month contract | Central Auckland | Competitive rate About the Role We are looking for a senior, hands-on Delivery Lead to take control of a complex software development and implementation project already in progress. This role requires someone who can quickly assess the current situation, bring structure and accountability to the team, and drive delivery outcomes. You’ll be leading a team of consultants and developers across multiple locations, ensuring scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, testing, and go-live activities are effectively managed. Key Requirements Proven experience delivering complex software development and implementation projects ERP implementation experience highly regarded Experience managing developers, consultants, vendors, and business stakeholders Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to identify bottlenecks, manage risks, and control scope creep Experience leading UAT, testing, and go-live activities Strong delivery focus with the confidence to challenge teams and hold people accountable Sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with developers and technical teams About You You’re a proactive delivery leader who can hit the ground running, establish clear ownership, and ensure the project stays on track.
