ABOUT THE ROLE This is a broad, hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager role spanning paid media, e‑commerce, CRM, website performance and digital campaign delivery. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, taking the wider commercial direction and translating it into effective day‑to‑day digital execution. You’ll have the autonomy to get into the platforms, test ideas, improve performance and see the commercial impact of your decisions. For someone who enjoys balancing brand standards with measurable growth, there’s plenty here to own. Manage and optimise paid social activity, with a strong focus on Meta Lead digital campaigns across paid media, email, website and content Improve e‑commerce performance, customer journeys and website conversion Build and optimise email campaigns, automation, segmentation and retention Turn digital and sales data into practical actions that improve performance SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You’ll bring at least five years of experience across digital marketing, e‑commerce, performance marketing or a closely related discipline. You’re comfortable working directly in digital platforms and understand how the different parts of the customer journey work together. This role suits someone commercially minded who looks beyond clicks and impressions to revenue, return and customer behaviour. You’re organised enough to manage multiple priorities, analytical enough to spot opportunities, and practical enough to act on them.
