Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora, Palmerston North Hospital, invites an experienced Social Worker to join the Crisis Resolution Service. You will assess and support tangata whaiora in acute mental health crises, delivering person-centred care alongside a multidisciplinary team. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, contribute to clinical decisions, and help whānau access community resources.
