Bayside Dental in beautiful Browns Bay is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Dental Hygienist / Oral Health Therapist to join our friendly, supportive team. We’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about hygiene and periodontal care , takes pride in their clinical skills, and enjoys building long-term relationships with patients. We’re looking for someone who: Has strong knowledge and experience in dental hygiene and periodontal care Is confident assessing and managing patients' periodontal and oral health needs Takes a thorough, prevention-focused approach to patient care Is confident educating and motivating patients to improve their oral health Has excellent clinical standards and attention to detail Is warm, professional and able to put patients at ease Works well as part of a team and takes pride in contributing to a positive practice environment Is reliable, organised and confident working independentlyExperience with periodontal therapy and managing patients with varying levels of periodontal disease is important for this role.
