As part of our Group Finance team, you’ll support all aspects of Financial Planning & Analysis across KMD Brands and contribute to the delivery of our broader finance strategy. This 12-month fixed-term opportunity offers the chance to gain exposure to executive-level decision making within a global retail business while supporting key financial planning, analysis, investor relations and strategic finance activities across the Group. Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business, you’ll provide commercial insights, lead analytical reviews and help support key strategic initiatives that drive business performance. You will: Support the annual budgeting cycle and three-year business planning process. Prepare and review year-end investor relations materials. Assist in the preparation of Investor Day presentations and supporting analysis. Review and challenge brand budgets and business plans.li> Analyse key strategic growth initiatives across the Group. Support confidential strategic and finance projects as required. Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful commercial insights. Perform valuation and impairment analysis across the Group portfolio. Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making. Contribute to climate-related scenario modelling and analysis. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and recommendations to support business performance. Help drive continuous improvement across Group Finance processes and reporting. This is a highly visible role that offers exposure to executive stakeholders and the opportunity to influence decisions across a global business. What We’re Looking For… You’ll thrive in this role if you: Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline. Are CA, CPA or equivalent professionally qualified. Bring significant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, commercial finance or corporate finance. Have strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities. Possess excellent technical accounting knowledge. Have experience working in complex, multi-entity or global business environments. Can translate financial data into meaningful business insights. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Have outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Build strong relationships and work effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the business. Can manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines and remain focused under pressure.
