We're looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist who is passionate about data, insight and improvement. This role offers real autonomy and the chance to make your mark. As an organisation that thrives on collaboration and shared clarity, please note we are onsite first but can flex when we need to. Shift hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.00pm This role sits at the intersection of compliance, risk, health & safety and analytics, and plays a critical part in strengthening regulatory outcomes and enabling better decision-making across the business. Reporting into the compliance function, you'll work closely with compliance, risk, health & safety and operational stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights that influence decision-making. Key responsibilities include: Building and maintaining Power BI dashboards for compliance, risk and H&S reporting Analysing complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, gaps and emerging risks Developing and interpreting lead and lag indicators Conducting root cause analysis and evaluating the effectiveness of controls and treatments Translating complex data into clear, compelling stories for non-technical stakeholders Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across compliance and safety In this role, you'll thrive if you love turning data into insight, enjoy engaging with stakeholders, and are motivated by improving outcomes rather than just reporting on them. Additionally, you will need: Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data visualisation Proven experience analysing data and telling a clear story with it Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills The ability to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities Experience with transport, safety or operational data (advantageous, not essential) Free staff car parking Our staff welfare trust will cover 80% of your medical bills up to $1500 per year.
