Working alongside the Underwriting & Claims Lead, you’ll help review current underwriting and claims practices and shape future-state frameworks, decision-making and ways of working. Life and health insurance experience is preferred. You’ll be comfortable getting into the detail, challenging current thinking and working with stakeholders to develop and implement practical solutions that improve governance, consistency and outcomes.
