An exciting new graduate opportunity has become available for a highly motivated, tech-savvy Business Development Coordinator. Based in our Hamilton office, you will be responsible for working with a range of stakeholders across the business to monitor, review and ensure continuous improvement of operating systems and processes. This role has a client experience focus and will be a mixture of behind-the-scenes testing, reporting and analysis and front-end operational running of bidr auctions (on farm or at saleyards). You will be actively involved in the excitement of a public auction and have at your fingertips multiple on-line bidders to manage. The role will also be responsible for conducting training sessions for internal and external livestreaming operators, across a variety on saleyards and on-farms auctions. Duties and Responsibilities Support the end-to-end continuous improvement processes by identifying and scoping business requirements or opportunities for change, performing platform testing and release work and regular data reporting and analysis. Coordinate, schedule and deliver training to internal and external bidr operators On-farm and saleyard set up for bidr auctions (livestreaming, hybrid etc) Provide technical troubleshooting and support during auctions Project Management Skills and Experience University graduate with an industry relevant degree (Agri-business, IT, Marketing, Business management, Commerce) or equivalent work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel is essential, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint) Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills; with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders across the business Methodical approach in how you do things and care about the overall user experience Desired (but not essential) practical experience with installation/handling of basic IT and audio-visual equipment About bidr bidr is New Zealand's virtual saleyard, offering real-time, live auctions online. bidr has accredited livestock agencies throughout New Zealand to list and sell livestock.
