Design Graduate - Architecture

This role is highly design focussed, working with the Director's and architectural teams preparing design presentations. You will interpret client brief's through generation of Pre and Concept Design packages including site analysis, 3D modelling, sketches, rendering and artwork. Key responsibilities Prepare design presentations with the Director's and architectural teams Interpret client briefs through generation of Pre and Concept Design packages Conduct site analysis Produce 3D modelling, sketches, rendering and artwork Develop the studio's architectural visualisation tools About you Experience with Sketch-up, Enscape or other rendering tools, Adobe Suite, Revit & Autocad Ability to test design effectively and quickly in a fast-paced, creative studio environment Interest and ability to develop the studio's architectural visualisation tools Must be a NZ permanent resident, or hold a valid work permit About us Fearon Hay provides a collaborative & supportive team environment, well-being initiatives for all staff and excellent career growth opportunities.
