Westbury Pharmacy – Waikanae, North Island Westbury Pharmacy in Waikanae and Unichem Kilbirnie Pharmacy are seeking dedicated and compassionate Mobile Outreach Nurse Vaccinators to join our team either in Waikanae or Kilbirnie. We are looking for nurses to support our outreach team as well as on site vaccinators. The successful candidate will provide high-quality vaccination services within the community, ensuring accessibility and convenience for patients in Waikanae and Kilbirnie areas. Responsibilities: Administer vaccinations in various community settings, in the pharmacies, including resthome, homes, workplaces, and community centers. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Provide education and information to patients regarding vaccinations, including potential side effects and benefits. Ensure cold chain management and proper storage of vaccines. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support public health initiatives. Engage with the community to promote vaccination uptake and awareness. Adhere to infection control policies and procedures. Report any adverse reactions to the appropriate authorities. Qualifications: Registered Nurse with a current practicing certificate in New Zealand. Valid Vaccination Certificate. Experience in vaccination services and community outreach preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
