Field Service Technician

Maintain and repair a broad range of equipment including wheel loaders, material handlers and excavators Diagnose faults and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems Carry out major and minor services Perform maintenance and component replacements Complete fabrication and new machine builds as required Complete service reporting and manufacturers documentation Expand and maintain customer relationships in the field Deal directly with key customers Adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace Requirements Relevant trade qualification At least 1 year relevant work experience Strong diagnostic skills and fault-finding ability Flexibility to travel to customer sites and work over-time as required A current driver’s license Forklift and Air conditioning accreditation advantageous Basic Word and Excel abilities Commitment to maintain, and adhere to safety guidelines in the workplace Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems while maintaining a strong commitment to safety guidelines.
