With your previous experience in similar roles, you’ll jump straight in to supporting our Accountant and Finance Coordinators with the essential work that keeps the business ticking along, including: Supporting accounts payable processing - making sure invoices are handled accurately and on time Assisting with accounts receivable and credit control - keeping things moving and on track Completing reconciliations and resolving routine discrepancies Pitching in with month-end and reporting tasks Responding to everyday finance queries across the business Keeping systems, records, and templates tidy and up to date About the role This is a part-time, office-based position, averaging around 20 hours per week. We’re flexible on how those hours are worked to fit around life. At peak times like month-end and year-end, you’ll ramp up to around 32 hours in that week, with shorter weeks either side - a bit of give and take to support the busier periods.
