PAK’nSAVE Whanganui is looking for a Experienced Cake & Sweet Baker to join our Bakery team. This is ahands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in afast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering products our customerslove. About theRole Working Sunday to Thursday, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of cakes, sweet goods, and bakery products to a consistently high standard. Key responsibilities include: Preparing, baking, decorating, and finishing cakes and sweetproducts Producing products to recipes and quality specifications Maintaining attractive product displays and presentation standards Ensuring products are available and fresh for our customers Assisting with department cleaning and housekeeping duties Supporting the wider Bakery team as required What We AreLooking For You will: Hold a baking qualification and/or have proven experience as a Cakeor Sweet Baker Have strong cake decorating and finishing skills Be passionate about producing high-quality bakery products Have excellent attention to detail Be reliable, organised, and able to work independently Work well within a team environment Have good communication skills Be physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced productionenvironment Food Safety & Health and Safety At PAK’nSAVE Whanganui, Food Safety and Health & Safety are everyone's responsibility.
