Mō te tūnga | About the role Based in Manukau, Tamaki Makaurau (Auckland) this role supports the Corporate Services Manager to implement our organisation’s marketing, stakeholder engagement and fundraising strategy.The role will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging content to promote Te Whare services while also supportingvarious administrative and office functions to maintain an efficient and welcoming workplace environment. Key responsibilities include: Marketingand Communication support: Source, draft copy for internal & external audiences using a mix of online platforms, written documents and media releases Maintaining all digital platforms (social media, website, fundraising platforms) including content development and updates Gathering imagery from events & activities Administration assistance coordinating internal/external events and meetings Preparation of funding applications and associated leverage activities Maintain filing systems and record Report writing and research Office Administration Support: Front Office/Reception and customer service activity contributing to the overall manaakitanga of Te Whare Provide general administrative support to various teamsincluding presentation preparation, reviewing content, Database and Email management Mōu | What you’ll bring Demonstrated experience in copywriting, social media/digital management including You may have studied Media Arts, Marketing or Communicationor you’ve learned these skills on the job. Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms, analysis and reporting tools, knowledge of working with AI an advantage.
