The General Manager - Safety & Compliance is a Civil Aviation Authority Senior Person who will motivate and empower staff to consider harm prevention as a primary objective of their core function. They will have appropriate knowledge and experience of Part 148, 146, 145 and 19F systems, process, and functions. The role will coordinate and collaborate across process, production, parts, design, sales, and finance. Monitoring hazard identification and risk management system to minimize harm to as low as reasonably practicable, and to ensure compliance with the law and the company operations manuals and Exposition. Key responsibilities Oversight and coordination of all SMS related policies, procedures and activities Communication across the wider organisation with regard Safety and Compliance objectives Safety Management System efficiency and effectivity across the 13 elements Quality system control and inspection management Conformance of product Contribution to engineering and production leadership Competence training and assessment Contribution to process improvement and change management Management of audits, management reviews, safety investigations and reporting outcomes Financial knowledge and acumen with regard engineering operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
