Healthvision is seeking dedicated Community Support Workers to assist across Northland, Whangarei and surrounding areas. You will build trust-based relationships with people to enable them to live their best life, while providing personal care, community access, and health support. We offer full-time/part-time roles with rotating rosters, travel throughout Northland, and a supportive team.
