We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to join our Crystal Production team on the AM Shift (7:00am - 3:30pm) . This role operates on a 5-day roster across 7 days and may include up to one weekend day. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Charge Hands and Production Operators. Drive achievement of production, quality, delivery, safety and operational performance targets. Support employee training, development, and performance management. Partner closely with Planning, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to achieve manufacturing KPIs. Promote a strong Health & Safety culture and ensure compliance with company standards. Champion continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing, and problem-solving initiatives. Monitor production performance and provide regular operational reporting. Support workforce planning and resource allocation to meet production and business requirements. About you Reporting to the Production Manager, this frontline leadership role is responsible for leading, developing, and supporting a team of Charge Hands and Production Operators to achieve production, quality, safety, and delivery objectives. Previous leadership experience within a manufacturing or production environment. Strong people leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Demonstrated focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement. Experience with Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and structured problem-solving methodologies. Ability to prioritise competing demands and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational and planning skills.
