About the role You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, deliver consultations, sell memberships, treatments and product while promoting special offers. Manage and maintain accurate customer treatment journey records with the clinic team. Responsible for generating new business for the clinic through events, referrals, local businesses, and networking. Provide beauty therapy treatments, ensuring exceptional customer care. Maintaining a tight-knit relationship with the clinic team through weekly meetings to ensure we all achieve our targets while meeting our high-performing team values Are we for you? We have a full-time role available, Tuesday-Saturday including two late nights. Along with a base hourly rate, you will have access to treatments, products at special staff prices and commission! To further your professional development, we host an annual Conference with an exciting Caci Awards night, development days and in-clinic training. Our Auckland based Caci Training Academy offers sales and product training. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term position and wants to build a career with a market leading company. You will ideally have: A minimum of 2 years experience as a Skin Therapist Level 5 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Outstanding interpersonal and listening skills and strong empathy A high degree of computer literacy A desire to grow and be part of a high performing team Caci trained as a treatment advisor or skin therapist is a bonus but not required Great presentation and someone who loves to shine! #J-18808-Ljbffr
