Arvida Group is seeking a Property Manager to join our on-site leadership team across our Auckland communities. You’ll lead maintenance delivery, supervise one on-site technician and coordinate local contractors, while getting hands-on when required. You’ll bring 2+ years in a similar role, solid knowledge of building services, safety compliance, and financial acumen to manage budgets.
