Foley Hospitality is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our Head Office team, working across a portfolio of much-loved venues including Andiamo, Jervois Steak House, Somm, The Brit, Shed 5 and more. The Opportunity This is a rare opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of established hospitality brands in a role that doesn't come up often. Working closely with the Group Marketing Manager and our creative partners, you'll be involved across the full marketing mix – from integrated campaigns and digital marketing to social media, content, events and venue activation's. You'll help take ideas from brief through to launch, working closely with our venue teams, chefs, beverage teams and creative partners to make them happen. And don't expect a typical desk job. You'll regularly be out and about in our venues – creating content, supporting photo shoots, launching new menus, bringing activation's to life and seeing first‑hand how the work lands with our guests. We're looking for someone who is comfortable getting stuck into the detail but also looks up from the to‑do list. Someone who brings ideas, asks questions, spots opportunities and wants to contribute to what we do next. What You'll Be Doing Coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, events and seasonal initiatives from brief through to launch, keeping timelines and deliverables on track. Manage social media channels and content calendars, creating organic content in our venues and coordinating larger photography and content shoots. Manage our key owned marketing touch points, from venue websites and EDM campaigns to in‑venue POS and promotional collateral. Coordinate paid digital activity with agency partners and manage allocated digital and social media budgets. Work closely with Operations, Culinary, Beverage, venue teams and external partners to turn business priorities and opportunities into marketing activity. Monitor campaign and channel performance, usinginsights to identify opportunities and continuously improve activity. Approach campaigns, content and marketing challenges with creative and lateral thinking What We're Looking For 4+ years' marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, retail, lifestyle or another fast‑paced consumer environment. Experience delivering integrated campaigns, promotions or activations from brief through to execution. Hands‑on experience managing brand social media channels, including content planning, scheduling, publishing and community management. A good eye for content and creative execution, with experience in Adobe InDesign and Lightroom highly regarded. Strong copywriting and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail. Excellent organisation and project management skills – you'll be comfortable juggling multiple priorities and keeping things moving. A solid understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, EDM and website channels. Commercial curiosity and an interest in what drives customer behaviour and business results. A proactive attitude – someone who brings ideas, spots opportunities and isn't afraid to suggest a different approach. Most importantly, a genuine passion for hospitality, food and drink, and an interest in what's happening across the dining scene Why Foley Hospitality?
