What You'll Be Doing As Project Manager, you will: Lead the delivery of engineering, fabrication, and construction projects from start to finish Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources Monitor project performance, including cost control, forecasting, risk management, and reporting Coordinate engineers, site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to achieve project objectives Manage contract obligations, variations, and commercial outcomes Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Prepare and present project performance updates to senior leadership Mentor and support engineers and project team members Foster strong client relationships and identify opportunities for future work Champion health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance across all project activities What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience delivering engineering, construction, fabrication, or industrial projects At least 5 years' project management experience in a relevant industry A strong track record of delivering profitable projects safely and successfully Sound commercial acumen and contract management experience Exceptional planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills The ability to lead, coach, and motivate project teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence Current legal entitlement to work in New Zealand Why Join DIALOG Fitzroy?
