What the role involves You’ll be responsible for managing your own rental portfolio while building genuine relationships with landlords and tenants. Key duties include: Completing rental assessments and appraisals Marketing and advertising listed properties Hosting viewings and managing tenant selection Preparing tenancy agreements and documentation Conducting inspections and preparing detailed reports Coordinating maintenance and repairs Overseeing all aspects of the vacate process Managing rent, bonds, and payments At Goodwins, we're more than a property management company - we're a family business built on trust, excellence, and care for our people, our clients, and our community. NZQA Certificate 4 is preferred but not essential. You will need to have sound knowledge of the following acts; Residential Tenancies Act as amended, Strata Titles Legislation, Property, Stock and Business Agents Act, Anti-Discrimination Act, Trade Practices and Fair-Trading Acts.
