What the role involves You’ll be responsible for managing your own rental portfolio while building genuine relationships with landlords and tenants. NZQA Certificate 4 is preferred but not essential. You will need to have sound knowledge of the following acts; Residential Tenancies Act as amended, Strata Titles Legislation, Property, Stock and Business Agents Act, Anti-Discrimination Act, Trade Practices and Fair-Trading Acts.
