Master Automotive Repair Limited is now looking for a Workshop Manager to join our friendly team. The position oversees staff, workflow, customer service, purchasing, costs, quality, workplace safety and operational performance. This is a permanent full-time role with an immediate start date. You will be paid at reasonable market rate. To be considered as a member of Master Automotive Repair Limited you will need to demonstrate the following knowledges and skills: 1-year or more management work experience Bachelor’s degree in business, management or a related field Strong leadership and people management skills Strong communication and customer service skills Problem-solving and decision-making skills Job descriptions: Manage the overall operations of the automotive repair workshop. Supervise and allocate work to mechanics and workshop staff. Manage workflow, job scheduling and vehicle turnaround times. Recruit, train and manage employee performance. Manage workshop budgets, operating costs, purchasing and inventory. Oversee customer service and resolve customer complaints. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and relevant regulations. Monitor service quality, productivity and operational performance. Coordinate suppliers, contractors and other external service providers. Monitor and report operational and financial performance to the Business Owner.
