We’re looking for a site-experienced architect/senior grad who is ready to get stuck into site-observation on commercial projects. Responsibilities Act as a key point of coordination during construction, handling questions from the site team and keeping documentation accurate and up to date Evaluate technical content, including drawings, product information, and construction proposals Visit site regularly to assess progress, identify issues early, and record findings clearly Build productive working relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to keep momentum and resolve challenges collaboratively Skills & Experience 7+ years’ NZ commercial experience Experience leading on site during construction phases Strong Revit skills Excellent communication skills and ease dealing with a wide range of project stakeholders What’s in it for you?
