Progression pathway to on-the road Account Management Based in-branch at CARTERS Petone, you will manage a portfolio of trade accounts, driving sales through proactive internal sales activities while delivering excellent customer service. You will have the autonomy to manage your call cycle via phone and email, focusing on your customer portfolio of residential builders across the Wellington region. You will be self-motivated, results driven and highly organised, ensuring orders are entered accurately and delivered on time to keep your customer's projects running smoothly. You will be heavily involved in the entire sales process collaborating with internal teams around stock availability, delivery times and pricing to ensure customer needs are met and issues resolved in a timely manner. This role rewards performance through sales incentives and is a stepping-stone to an on-the-road Account Manager giving you the career progression and earnings you have been looking for. Skills & Experience The ideal candidate will be a natural when it comes to customer service and sales as well as a true hunter.
