What You’ll Be Doing Providing first-line technical support via phone, email and remote support tools. Troubleshooting hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues. Logging, prioritising and managing support requests through to resolution. Escalating more complex technical issues where appropriate. Delivering exceptional customer service while meeting service level agreements (SLAs). Supporting desktop, laptop and peripheral devices. Assisting with user account administration and Microsoft 365 administration. Maintaining accurate documentation and ticket updates. What We’re Looking For A minimum of 12 months’ experience working in a Level 1 Service Desk or Help Desk environment. Experience using ConnectWise , ServiceNow , or another IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. A genuine customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills. A professional, positive and proactive attitude. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively. A passion for learning and developing your technical skills. Technical Skills You’ll ideally have experience or knowledge of: Windows 10 and Windows desktop operating systems. Microsoft 365 administration. Microsoft Cloud Services Portal. SharePoint Online. Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi). Antivirus and endpoint security solutions. Active Directory and user administration Remote support tools. Qualifications Ideally you’ll have: A relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field. Microsoft certifications such as: MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Other Microsoft certifications will be highly regarded.
